Like his colleagues at CSK, Brian Kinsley chose his area of law to help those who need it the most. Throughout his legal career, he has dedicated himself to representing individuals who have been injured through no fault of their own. His clients are often hurt, out of work, and unsure of what to do next. Understanding their fear and uncertainty, Brian is committed to guiding them through the legal process, alleviating the burden of their case so they can focus on healing. Protecting those who are already victims from further harm motivates Brian to continue his work.

Brian earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice from Northeastern University and graduated cum laude with his Juris Doctor from Suffolk Law School in Boston. Outside of his legal practice, Brian is a dedicated father to his two beautiful daughters. He enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, hunting, fishing, working in his yard, completing home improvement projects, and cheering for the Boston Red Sox and the New England Patriots.
